I basically couldn’t get this out of my head. I’ve always liked those terms of endearment from GoT, and they seem very applicable to the Valvert ship, sooooo this happened. ‘Cause I’m a big dumb sappy nerd.
One day I will consistently give my art non-ambiguous backgrounds….but it is not this day.

Les Misérables - Inspector Javert

Anthony Perkins (and that coat) filming ‘Les Misérables’ in Sarlat, France.
This is an extract from a three page article that is currently being for sale on ebay. Apologies for cropping out the photo to the original seller.
For those interested, the excerpt here essentially talks first about how transformed Perkins looks in his costume, proceeds to gush over his handsomeness, and continues by outlining the difficulty in catching him for this talk (apparently Perkins’ family took priority in everything ;)

A moment later, a tall and black form, which from the distance some belated passer might have taken for a phantom, appeared standing on the parapet, bend towards the Seine, then sprang up, and fell straight into the darkness; there was a dull splash; and the shadow alone was in the secret of the convulsions of that obscure form which had disappeared under the water.
